At MeltMySole, we want you to love your indoor slides as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience worldwide.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product was sent.

If the product does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
  • The packaging is removed or damaged, reducing the product’s resale value.
  • Clearance sale or final sale items are non-refundable.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Submit a return or exchange request via our customer service team with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  • Once approved, we will provide the nearest return address based on your location.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide free return shipping and process a replacement or refund.
  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or full refund within 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.): We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Return due to change of mind (size, color exchange, personal preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

  • Full refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
