1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong product was sent.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
The request is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
The product has been used, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
The packaging is removed or damaged, reducing the product’s resale value.
Clearance sale or final sale items are non-refundable.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Submit a return or exchange request via our customer service team with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide the nearest return address based on your location.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide free return shipping and process a replacement or refund.
For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a replacement or full refund within 5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, etc.): We will cover the return shipping costs.
Return due to change of mind (size, color exchange, personal preference): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Processing
Full refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
